My name is Kelsey, I’m a Nail Tech in the area of East Peoria. I’ve had my licensed 5-6 months & I do it full time! The environment I give is a one on one setting- clean & calm vibes, perfect for relaxing and getting away from chaos 💕 Policies 1. Must book on the booking site. 2. Being late after 5min. results in a $10 Late fee charge. -15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment. 3. Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. 4. Failure of canceling within 24hrs WILL result in a No show fee, which is 50% of the base pay of your service. 5. Prior history of no-shows, last min. cancellations, may result in being banned or needing a deposit for future bookings. 6. No surprise guests - No kids (unless getting serviced 10 & up) 7. Free nail fixes (if needed) for (36 hours) after your appointment 8. NO refunds no exceptions.
